What You Will Do

As a Lead Consultant, you will act as a subject matter expert advising our clients and managing complex projects that define our clients' future logistical setups. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing specialised insights and solutions to clients and projects.
  • Managing complex projects with ownership of the problem-solving process.
  • Actively managing stakeholders, ensuring high-quality and insightful analyses, and tailoring materials to individual customer needs.
  • Designing, communicating, and implementing compelling recommendations while handling sensitive issues constructively.
  • Prioritising effectively, deploying resources strategically, and managing large projects under challenging circumstances.
  • Challenging and developing the Langebæk project team by providing extraordinary coaching.
  • Helping identify new commercial opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

You are passionate about logistics, SCM, and project management, with an ability to break complex challenges into simple and executable plans and steps. You are an excellent priority setter, acting as a role model with emerging people development skills. Additionally, you have:

  • Extensive hands-on experience within intra-logistics and SCM, including a proven track record of managing complex projects in this area.
  • A solid commercial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills (in English and one Scandinavian language), with the ability to adjust to different audiences and handle challenging situations.
  • Experience as a management consultant and/or with strategy development and implementation projects is a plus.

What We Offer

Based in Allerød, Denmark, you will work closely with 45+ dedicated colleagues across our offices and onsite with our customers. As an international consultancy, we pride ourselves on going wherever our customers need us. You can expect to travel when employed with Langebæk. The amount of travel will vary, with some projects requiring extensive travel, while others involve little or no travel.
